How do I get my order?

At checkout, you’ll see two different options for getting your order: local pickup and delivery.

For local pickup, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to self-schedule a pickup window as soon as 24hrs in the future. Having trouble? Reach out directly! If your request is urgent, call or text for fastest response time.

For local delivery, first enter your address. You’ll see per-county, flat-rate delivery options depending on your delivery address. Delivery is guaranteed within three days of ordering, but most orders go out next-day. If your order is urgent, call or text after placing and I’ll do what I can to expedite it for you!

Why raw feed?

Feeding a balanced raw diet (commercially produced or homemade) is one of the best investments you can make in your dog’s health. Clients often notice swapping to a raw diet results in more energy, a shinier and softer coat, smaller and better quality stool, and more. For my own personal dog, swapping to raw resolved allergy problems he had as a puppy.

Why Albrights?

Albrights is a family-owned company producing commercial raw dog food with recipes that meet AAFCO standards for all life stages. They’re great to work with, knowledgeable about what they do, constantly striving to take feedback from their clients and distributors, and most importantly… they’re clearly passionate about doing right by dogs.

Albrights only uses human grade ingredients sourced from the US or Canada. Bone meal included in their recipes is the byproduct of processing their raw bones, not commercially purchased. Their product quality, attention to detail, and interest in the health and longevity of dogs can’t be beat.

I’m interested in a product you don’t currently carry. Can I special order it?

That depends! If it’s an Albright’s product or size, we can definitely add the product to our next shipment! If it’s a non-Albright’s product… we may still be able to get it for you. Please contact us with what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to serve you!

How much should I feed?

This will depend on the age, size, and activity level of your dog. In general, an adult dog will eat between 2-3% of their body weight per day, but a puppy or very active adult dog may need more than that, and a senior dog may need less food than that.

Will my dog like raw food?

Raw feeding won’t totally get rid of picky eaters—I have one of those myself! However, most dogs LOVE raw food! For picky eaters, I recommend swapping between proteins pretty frequently, which is both generally good practice and helps keep mealtime interesting.
